These crisis phenomena become deeper, heavy and destructive.
What does unite all these planetary and human problems, which during last decades uncontrollably accumulate?
These problems are united by that, they threaten to overstep maximum-permissible limits of pollution and opportunity to live on the Planet Earth. In according with these problems threaten with catastrophic destruction and doing impossible existence of the human civilization.
I. These problems are united by one general REASON - it is soulless, thoughtless, irresponsible destructive human activity.
II. These problems are united by the OPPORTUNITY of the EXIT from this global crisis of human community through fulfilment of 3 conditions harmonious living:
3 conditions of Spiritual growth
1. A spiritual vibrating Communion with Creator of Universe.
2. Constantly spiritual development through knowledge, training, observance of Creator’s Laws.
3. To live under the Laws of Universal Creator. By the way the word Rights means Spirit!
Who is Creator of Universe from the view of the scientific point?

A few words about Creator’s Laws
☼ The Laws of Creator are faultless, thanks to that, these Laws have passed test, correction by time, that time, which in human understanding to measure it is impossible - time of existence of the Creator of Universe is boundless!
☼ The Laws Creator of Universe omnipotent, the system of the Creator’s Hierarchy is working on the all levels of existence of living creature, providing dynamic movement on the way of creation, stops process degradation of any living creature.

For the sake of preservation a high-level vibrations Spirit of man, the system of the Creator’s Hierarchy is ready to destroy any material object if it prevents evolutionary development on the planet Earth and in all Universe.
☼ The Laws of Creator existed, exist and will exist irrespective of understanding or perception their living essences. The system of the Creator’s Hierarchy is the precise, automated control system verified and harmonious.

The main tool for the decision of Planetary Human crisis is and always will be a Word which is a Tool of Creator
On the Planet Earth is only one essence:

➧ thanks to Word can form the thought (to think);
➧ thanks to Word can logically and consistently to operate and create a matter.
On our Planet there is only one living essence (except, certainly, the Earth) it is a Man, which has Triune Essence: it is Spirit, Soul and Flesh. The human Spirit is a component of the Creator’s Essence, the Spirit never Was and Will not be a component of a material world. And as the fact, the Man is embodied Creator’s Essence (Co-Creator). And for this reason the Creator has entitled the Man to use the Tool for Creation - it is the Living Word!
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Creator of Universe, and the Word was Creator of Universe", - the sacred Gospel according to John.
If the Word has a high level of vibrations (the Living Word) and the Person keeps all 3 conditions of spiritual growth, so materialization of Light pure plans realize instantly! And any crisis recedes for ever!

This chapter only for those who realizes himself the follower of the Creator’s plans, instead of the part of material (animal) world.
At the request of many televiewers, students of my lectures I carry out the obligation and I publish Universal forms of the Living Word which are capable to carry out:
- Activization of the basic 7 power centers the person;
- Activization of protective immune system;
- Restoration of the blood supply brain vessels;
- Normalization of functionalities the heart.
Why just these 4 criteria I have taken for a basis at creation of Universal Forms of the Living Word?
When I as the doctor have analyzed the statistical data of the level people diseases in Ukraine cardiovascular and brain diseases, appeared, that they (these diseases) are on 1-st place on frequency of cases. Other menacing tendency has come to light: among the reasons of death these diseases
- cardiovascular and brain these are standing on 1st place.
All of you well know, why in most cases people die in villages and cities at advanced and able-bodied age – it is from a heart attack of a myocardium and a brain insult. And if do not die, become invalids. It is hurt to see, how destroy the destinies and the meaning of the life is lost!
For this reason I have decided to create Universal forms of the Living Word for preventive of origin and development of diseases of heart and a brain.
I want to notice the following:
1. Universal forms of the Living Word should be used for the purposes of prophylaxis and rehabilitation force, vivacity, optimism, increase of work capacity, prophylaxis of cardiovascular and brain diseases.
If the person has heavy, chronic illness, which destroys his body and results in disability, so for him necessary to address for the help in our Medical Center of the Living Word, where for you after medical examination and diagnostics will be made individual medical forms of the Living Word for full liquidation of illness and recovery of high-grade ability vital functions and ability to work. 2. Contra-indications for use of the Universal forms of Living Words practically have no. Approbation and using of Universal forms was spent during many years by thousand sick people and rather healthy people. Negative consequences have never arisen.

Recommendations for using of Universal forms the Living Word
1. The texts of Living Words ought to read aloud, precisely, legible, in the average tempo. Your personal program (matrix) of "Living Words", is not necessary to give other person for reading as it will lead to displacement of yours Light-Bearing Stream and weakening of your prophylactic medical action.
2. Positions of your body: - sitting or standing, the vertebral column should be kept in vertical position.
3. During reading of the Living Word it is not necessary to talk on other themes. In case of the compelled break one may do a pause not more than 21 minutes (at the same time not talking).
4. For the period of your medical treatment:
- don’t use some meat,
- don’t use any alcohol;

5. Every of 4 universal forms need read consistently during 10 days, one per day. For example: 1st form is read 10 days, then 2nd form is read 10 days, after 3rd form is being read 10 days and then 4th form is read during 10 days.
6. It is necessary to sound texts in the Universal forms and names of the Living Words (titles). For example:
Tsyfrona 1 - need to pronounce as Tsyfrona one, Tsyfrona 100(1) - need to pronounce as Tsyfrona one hundred variant one, Tsyfrona 100(3) - need to pronounce as Tsyfrona one hundred variant three, Zvukona Aol’ - need to pronounce as Zvukona Aol’.
Comment of translator:
In Russian, there are 2 auxiliary letters (signs) these are:
1. Palatalization sign ‘Ь’, it is used for palatalization of a sound and a soft separate pronunciation.
2. A hard sign “Ъ”, it is used for a firm separate pronunciation after a consonant before a vowel sound.
In the English language in a transcription we will designate them with apostrophe (‘) and a double apostrophe (“).
Thus:
1. A soft sign (palatalization, mitigation of sounds) “Ь” = (‘) - palatalization sign.
2. A hard sign “Ъ” = (“) - hard sign.
Take note of these:
1. The word "Звукона" [zvuko:na] origins from Russian word "Звук = Sound", that in translation into the English language means "Sound".
2. The word "Цифрона" [tsyfro:na] origins from Russian word "Цифра = Numeral", that in translation into the English language means "Numeral".
Letter Ь, which stands after vowel letter is not sounded.

I recommend for fixing (stabilization) of the achieved result, and activization vital functions and protective function of organism, for increase of work capacity and the further prophylaxis of illnesses heart and a brain, after finish reading of the 4th Universal Form the Living Word, every day, 1 time per day to read the Universal form No 5.
8. When you work with Universal forms it is necessary to use only subsection 4.1 and 4.2, from the book: «The Living Word creates Life!»
